About Us
Bulldog PTO
The Highland Park Elementary School (HPES) PTO is an organization of parents and teachers, where stronger parental and family engagement to enhance the learning environment and educational opportunities for our children is a common goal.
Community is an often used word; but in the case of our school, the community is what makes us great. At Highland Park Elementary, every family is automatically a part of the PTO. There are no membership fees and we encourage you to get involved and do your part in making our school the best it can be.
HPES PTO raises funds to support activities that are in direct support of the school’s mission to educate students to their fullest potential in a safe and nurturing environment. Each year, more than 75 programs are provided to enrich our children’s education and show appreciation for the wonderful 80+ faculty and staff. Remember there are NO FEES for joining! And imagine how happy your kiddos will be to see you on campus helping!
The wonderful events and programs sponsored by the PTO need your help. They only happen because of the generous time and effort donated by HPES parents. Our PTO encourages all families to get involved with the school by volunteering with at least one event or fundraiser each school year, and to attend PTO meetings to provide feedback and suggestions.
We really appreciate your commitment to our children, and your support of HPES faculty and staff. Thank you for donating your time and resources to both the PTO and teacher/district sponsored events.
