Our PTO's Purpose
The Highland Park Elementary School (HPES) PTO is an organization of parents and teachers, where stronger parental and family engagement to enhance the learning environment and educational opportunities for our children is a common goal. HPES PTO raises funds to support activities that are in direct support of the school’s mission to educate students to their fullest potential in a safe and nurturing environment.
